• In the Breeze #2499 — Scarecrow Hanging Ball Spinner; make this FUN and VIBRNT spinner the star of your seasonal outoor decorations! With a whimsical design and a 24" Ripstop and applique body the only scareing this guy will do is scare up some smiles!
• Featuring six (6) printed fabric panels with a burlap, button and hair design to emulate a tradtional scarecrow face. Fabric is mounted on clear plastic for added stability.
• The ball spinner head measures 9" in diameter and about 8" high with a 24" H by 27" W Ripstop body attached to one singluar, 34" fiberglass rod.
• Made with weather and fade-resistant fabric for DURABILITY
• EASY ASSEMBLY! Spinner ships flat, just insert the plastic rods in each panel to the hubs on the central pole and connect the arm rods to the bottom hub and then hang it in desired location using the attached clip! NOTE: For use in high winds, we recommend applying a high-stregth glue to secure the panels in place.
