A wonderful way to show off all of your grandchildren. A 14K Gold Filled 5/8" disc is hand stamped with "grandma" or use very own special grandmother name. A precious gold plated heart charm adorns the top of the disc. A gold ring holds all of the birthstones of your grandchildren. More birthstones can be added later when more grandchildren are born or adopted. The rings of the charms can be opened and closed (they are not soldered).
